Antonio Conte (2016-2018, trener)

Barem do Nove godine.

"I am not angry, I couldn't be considering we only started working together three days ago and were facing an opponent at a more advanced stage than us."

"I really appreciated the effort of all the players. We have to work on a tactical level and find the right solutions for this team."

"We certainly need to work and shake out some skeletons from last season, that is without doubt. In some situations, especially at the start, the team was very deep and too defensive. That's not what Chelsea are about."

"We need to change the mentality in that sense, but I have at my disposal a group of lads who are ready to work."

In some situations, especially at the start, the team was very deep and too defensive. That's not what Chelsea are about.

Godfather.

zar su se igrači chelsea hranili time? wow

Za mene će biti trenerčina kada Oscaru ,Willianu, Mikelu, Mosesu, Ivanoviću i takvim igračima kaže "Proooooduži dalje, produžiiiii dalje".

Conte: "The expectations for all teams are very high, also for #Chelsea - especially after a bad season like last year. We’re working hard."

Conte: "We know this season will be very tough for every team."

Conte: "It’s important not to forget about last season because it will give us more strength. But also, we must look to the present."

Conte: "I speak to the club every day, we have a plan. This transfer market is crazy and we must be patient. It’s important to improve."

Conte: "I’m very happy to work with these players because they have given me full commitment every day."

Conte: "I think this league is a fantastic league, the most important in the world. There are many great clubs that can win the title."

Conte: "It will be a great battle. I’m very excited and my players are also excited. We are ready."

Q: Is pizza banned? - Conte laughs: "I bring my experience. Every single manager must improve their players under all aspects."

Conte: "In England you have the habit of playing music in the dressing room. It’s fantastic!"

Q: You seem very relaxed… - Conte: "I’m not! Because it’s the first time I manage a new team, in a new league, in a new country."

Conte: "It’s a fantastic league and country and I am very excited."

Conte: "We are working on a new philosophy. The players are the same as last season but I also know they won the league two years ago."

Conte: "We're working on a new idea of football, playing attractive football. We're working hard to get #Chelsea back into a good position."

Conte: “All clubs wants to improve because they want to fight for the title. #Chelsea is waiting for the right solution, it’s not easy."

Q: Are the prices too high for #Chelsea? - Conte: "No! The transfer market is crazy, when you try to buy a player the valuation is strange."

Q: How many players do you need? - Conte: "The transfer policy I will discuss with the club, please excuse me."

Q: Can #Chelsea play with three at the back? - Conte: "It’s important for the manager to find the right fit for the team."

Antonio Conte talks about different formations he used in his career and says he is never afraid to adapt to a new situation.

Conte: "In the future it can happen that I can change. But I’m trying very quickly to find the right fit."

Conte seems to be enjoying his #Chelsea press conferences. So much laughing going on.

Conte: "I speak a lot with my players. It’s important to get to know them, to understand and to listen to why last season was so bad."

Conte: "The match [against West Ham] will be very tough. It’s a good team and also it’s a derby. We know these games are very tough."

Conte: "We want to give our fans the satisfaction and we will try to do our best to win the game on Monday. But we know it’ll be difficult."

Conte: "It’s the first time for me for everything. To start with a derby's tough but I’m very excited. My players must have the right will."

Ma ja, Emenalo i Uprava obavljaju odličan posao.

Borbeno kroz citavu utakmicu, engleski.

Pocetak iz snova

Jedina zamjerka : IZMJENE.

Emocije poslije gola neprocjenjivo.
