Pa jeste tako, ali Otamendi je dobar stoper koji se proslu sezonu trazio i prilagodjavao na novu ligu. Takodjer jedan od razloga njihove lose igre je i Pelegrini koji forsira izlazak zadnje linije visoko po svaku cijenu bez nekog posebnog sistema vec samo hajd izadji visoko i to je to. Kod Guardiole ce to biti skroz drugacije iako ce i tu igrati visoko. Takodje je i Mangala solidan stoper, ubio se za backup igraca koji ce igrati po potrebi. Kako god da saberes i oduzmes, imaju bar 2x bolju zadnju liniju od nase. Ali ko nema? :D

Maloprije gledao emisiju posvecenu treningu Bayerna pod vodstvom Ancelotija. I porede ljudi sa Pepom kako se 80 % igra salata i sto brze dodavanje i izbjegavanje da ti igrac oduzme loptu, dok kod Ancelotija svaki trening se zadnjih pola sata igra utakmica. Primjera radi, sinoc su igrali 7 na 7 i jedna ekipa igra na posjed dok druga na kontre, jedna ekipa igra presing na covjeka po citavom terenu a druga zonski i tako naizmjenicno. Imam neki filing da ce Bayern ove sezone sve osvojiti.

Mogu mislit sto Konte u sebi razmislja kakvu je retardiranu ekipu preuzeo :D

Ponavljam po ko zna koji put. Sve polazi od odbrane, napadali ili se branili. Kao sto je i sam Konte rekao, ova ekipa prije svega treba psihicki da se uzdigne, da izbiju iz glave nesigurnost koja se uvukla, da pocnu biti vise sigurniji u sebe a samim tim ce i igra biti bolja. A to je sve skoro pa nemoguce kada ti je odbrana ovakva kakva jeste. Sve upravo suprotno od onog kako Konte zeli da nasa ekipa izgleda. U tu svrhu mi moramo PODHITNO dovesti neko vrhunsko pojacanje u odbrani ne pitajuci za cijenu. Jebes 20 miliona vise sto ces platiti za nekog kad ti s druge strane moze donjeti mnogo vise.

Slazem se, ali isto tako tesko da mogu biti gori i od ovog trenutnog izdanja.

Volio bih da Conte isproba 3-5-2 formaciju u narednim utakmica da vidimo na sta to lici. Znam da nam je odbrana krs, ali mozda bi i oni u takvoj formaciji bili bolji.

Ma mnogi ocekuju da trener bude madjionicar. Ono u fazonu, samo kazes sta treba i to je to. Kao da trener direktno utice na odluku igraca u datom momentu na terenu, kao da on licno upravlja njima... Pa kod nas ima prosto retardiranih igraca, imam osjecaj da uvijek donose pogresnu odluku,ako treba dodati on suta ili obratno.. Imat ce Conte ovdje posla, mislim da ce lik osjediti kod nas.

Stones jeste pokazivao znakove nesigurnosti ali samo zato sto je citava ekipa Evertona bila u qurcu. Zatim Martinez ga non stop saltao malo stoper, malo desni bek pa malo klupa i sve tako u krug. Medjutim ono sto krasi Stonesa je izuzetna kontrola lopte za odbrambenog igraca. U tome je u Engleskoj najjaci sigurno. Uostalom on je mlad i Englez i od njega bi imali velike koristi u buducnosti sigurno. Sto se tice Kulibalija, takodjer kao i Stones jak na lopti ali je zato i u odbrani ko stijena. [spoiler] Just want to say that you (Chelsea fans) will absolutely fall in love with the way this guy works. His training sessions are famous for their intensity. Even a workhorse like Tevez had previously noted how he had never been worked so hard (in a good way) in his career. Conte will whip these players into shape and is not afraid to drop anyone, regardless of their transfer fee, if they don't pull their weight. He will have these guys out on the pitch fighting like soldiers under siege. As long as the players buy into his methods and ideas, you guys will turn out great. I am sure he will develop a bond with them immediately as he is not only charismatic but as a former footballer he has played and won at the very highest level of the game, something the players can respect. Once he instills his spirit into the squad he will have these guys spit out blood for him. I point to his work at both Juventus and the Azurri. At Juve as soon as he back, there was an immediate change in the mentality of the players. After having finished 7th twice in a row, fourth place was what most people in the club were aiming for.
